If youre a seasoned community manager you know this: its very hard to engage your members through collaborative apps. Most people dont install them. Those who do often forget to check them.

Yet, theres tremendous value in connecting your communitys members to match their needs.

People dont want more apps, but they do want to help, and be helped.

I Can Help solves the engagement problem in two simple ways:

- you subscribe your members yourself, so theyre included in the program even if theyre too busy to sign up on their own (make sure theyre ok to join before you sign them up).

- any member who doesnt have the app receives email digests of the other members questions, and can answer straight from the email.

Important: were totally against spam. By default emails are sent once a week, and your members can customize the frequency however they like (and of course disable them if theyre not interested or want to use the app only). You can also apply custom sending frequency to each member when you add them.
